A clearer path to repair
When to Consider UV Pipe Inversion & Light-Cured Lining
Light-cured pipe lining uses a compatible resin and liner system that hardens when exposed to the specified light source. Inversion is an installation method; UV or LED light curing is the curing stage. Eco Pipe Lining evaluates the system appropriate to your pipe and project.
The liner, resin, installation equipment and light source must work together as a specified system. The pipe is inspected and prepared, the liner is installed and held in position, and the curing equipment is used according to the selected system’s requirements.
What a Thoughtful Repair Plan Offers
Less extensive demolition
Eligible pipes can be restored with fewer openings than full replacement. Access still depends on your system.
A repair matched to the pipe
The liner, preparation and connections are considered together in the proposed scope.
A clear written plan
Discuss access, permits, inspection and warranty terms before the work starts.
Light curing does not make every pipe suitable for lining or guarantee a universal completion time. Access, cleaning, connections, curing controls and final inspection are still part of a planned repair.
How We Approach Your Project
Evaluate the line
Review pipe condition, size, layout and access.
Prepare the pipe
Clean suitable sections and confirm installation requirements.
Install and light-cure
Place the compatible liner and use the specified curing system.
Inspect the result
Address connections and complete the final checks.
UV Pipe Inversion & Light-Cured Lining: Common Questions
Are inversion and UV curing the same thing?
No. Inversion places a liner inside the pipe. UV or LED curing hardens the compatible resin using light.
Can light-cured lining be used in every drain?
No. Suitability depends on the pipe, access, product requirements and condition of the system.
Will the work be finished in a few hours?
Curing can be only one part of the job. Preparation, installation, connection work and inspection affect the overall schedule.
