When to Consider Trenchless Pipe Lining

Damaged pipes do not always require opening an entire floor or wall to replace them. Trenchless pipe lining installs a new liner inside suitable existing sewer and drain pipes. Eco Pipe Lining serves homes, condominiums and commercial properties throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, with much of our work in Broward.

We assess accessible pipes, prepare the interior and install an appropriate resin-saturated felt or fiberglass liner where the system qualifies. The liner cures to form a new pipe within the existing pipe. Pipe condition, size, bends, connections, access and applicable approvals determine whether lining is a suitable option.

Why Property Owners Consider Trenchless Pipe Lining

01

Less extensive demolition

Eligible pipes can be restored with fewer openings than full replacement. Access still depends on your system.

02

A repair matched to the pipe

The liner, preparation and connections are considered together in the proposed scope.

03

A clear written plan

Discuss access, permits, inspection and warranty terms before the work starts.

Trenchless does not mean every project needs no openings. Access work, connection reinstatement or localized replacement may still be required. Collapsed sections and other unsuitable conditions can require a different repair. A surface coating is not the same as an engineered structural liner.

Trenchless Pipe Lining: Common Questions

Is trenchless pipe lining the same as sewer pipe relining?

These terms often describe placing a liner within an existing sewer or drain pipe. Ask which material and installation method are proposed, and whether the liner is designed as a structural rehabilitation system.

Can pipe lining help with vertical sewer stacks?

Eligible vertical drain stacks may be candidates for lining. Access, branches, pipe condition and the building’s plumbing arrangement need to be assessed before recommending a repair.

Will my floors or walls need to be opened?

Lining can reduce the amount of demolition compared with replacing the entire pipe run. Existing access may be usable, but some projects need openings or localized replacement. We explain the expected access work in the proposed scope.
