Who we are

Eco Pipe Lining provides trenchless pipe lining, sewer repair and related plumbing services for South Florida homes, condominiums and commercial properties. We work with homeowners, associations and property managers to assess problems and explain suitable repair options.
Our work includes aging cast iron sewer lines and eligible vertical stacks. These systems need careful attention to preparation, access, branches and occupant coordination—not just a choice of equipment.
We hold Florida plumbing license CFC1430566 and general contractor license CGC1528949. Our approach is to obtain the required permits for the agreed project and coordinate the applicable inspections.

Restoration with Less Unnecessary Demolition
Trenchless pipe lining can reduce the need to open floors and walls when the existing pipe and access are suitable. It is not the right answer for every section: severe collapse, unsuitable geometry or other damage may require replacement.
Structural cured-in-place pipe lining uses a specified liner and resin system. A surface coating is a different approach. Liner material, design, installation and curing method should fit the pipe and proposed use.
For occupied buildings, we discuss affected fixtures, access windows and communication with residents or staff. Service interruptions depend on the project.

Inspection fees depend on the situation. We use assessments to help define repair quotes, but some inspections are charged. Call to confirm the scope and cost for your property.
Can you help outside normal hours?
After-hours or weekend work may be arranged depending on the situation and team availability. Call to discuss an urgent pipe problem and scheduling.
What warranty is available?
Call for information about the warranty that applies to the proposed work. Review the written coverage, exclusions and maintenance requirements for your project.
