When to Consider High-Pressure Pipe Lining

Pressure pipelines require a different assessment from ordinary gravity drains. Eco Pipe Lining can discuss your proposed rehabilitation project, the operating conditions and whether a suitable lining system is available for the application.

A pressure-lining proposal must consider the conveyed material, operating pressure, pipe condition, connections and terminations. The selected product and design need to be appropriate for that specific service. A gravity sewer liner should not be assumed suitable for a pressurized or potable-water pipeline.

What a Thoughtful Repair Plan Offers

01

Understand the cause

Assessment helps distinguish an obstruction, deterioration or another pipe problem.

02

A suitable method

The equipment and repair approach are selected for the pipe condition and access.

03

Know your next step

Receive an explanation of the proposed scope, limitations and follow-up work.

Provide the available system records when you contact us. Product approvals, engineering, required testing and project availability must be confirmed before a scope is agreed.

How We Approach Your Project

STEP 01

Review system requirements

Discuss operating conditions, pipe records and the project objective.

STEP 02

Assess suitability

Evaluate inspection findings, access and lining-system options.

STEP 03

Develop the scope

Identify product requirements, terminations, permits and testing.

STEP 04

Complete and verify

Follow the agreed installation and inspection plan.

High-Pressure Pipe Lining: Common Questions

Can any sewer liner be used on a pressure pipe?

No. Pressure applications require a product and design suited to the service and operating conditions.

Does lining avoid all excavation?

Access points, connections and terminations may still require openings. The proposal should describe them.

What information should I provide?

Share the pipe material, diameter, service, operating pressure, location and available inspection or engineering records.
